Fasta Partner Agreement

By registering as a Fasta partner, you agree to the following:

1. Commission — 5%
Fasta collects a 5% commission on every completed order processed through the platform. This covers payment processing, customer support, delivery coordination, and platform maintenance. The commission is deducted automatically before payout.

2. Payouts
Earnings are paid weekly via your selected method (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or Bank Transfer), minus the 5% commission. Minimum payout threshold: 5,000 RWF.

3. Listings & Content
You are solely responsible for keeping your menu, prices, and photos accurate and up to date. Fasta may remove content that violates our policies. You certify that all uploaded images are owned by you or that you have rights to use them.

4. Quality Standards
Partners must maintain a minimum 3.5-star average customer rating. Accounts falling below this threshold may be suspended pending a review.

5. Order Fulfillment
You agree to fulfill orders within your stated preparation time. Repeated cancellations or late fulfillments may result in penalties or account suspension.

6. Customer Data
Customer information accessed via the Fasta platform may only be used to fulfill orders and must not be shared with third parties.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 14 days' written notice. Any outstanding payouts will be settled within 30 days of termination.
